Registration fees include taxes (VAT 22% , might increase in case tax rate adjustment were required by Italian government).
Registration fee must be paid in advance for attending the Meeting. Registration is valid only when full payment is received. Registration fee includes mid-session refreshments and conference materials. The registration fee does not include lunch. Full payment in Euros (€) has to be received before the corresponding deadline. It is possible to pay by credit card or by bank transfer to Events srl.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION A personalised confirmation will be sent by email once the payment of the registration fee is received. Registrations without payment will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY Provided written notice is received by December 20, 2013 a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge.
It is regretted that for cancellations after December 20, 2013, or for no-shows at the conference, there are no refunds. The BFE reserves the right to change any session in the final program or cancel any course(s). If a course is cancelled, you will be offered a place in another of your choice or a full refund.In the event of a cancelled workshop, the BFE is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs paid in advance by registrants.
