LOCATION
The Scuola dello Sport is located in the Centro di Preparazione Olimpica “Giulio Onesti” at Acqua Acetosa in the Parioli quarter, in the Acqua Acetosa area in the north of Rome between the bend of the Tevere River crossed by the Via Olimpica (which, towards the center, continues as Via del Foro Italico) and Monte Antenne.
The entrance, in Largo Giulio Onesti 1, is along the Via dei Campi Sportivi, near the ancient source of Acqua Acetosa and the railway line Roma Nord.
The Centro di Preparazione Olimpica, named “Giulio Onesti”, founder and first President of CONI, is deputy to preparatory high-level technical for the most important National Sports Federations including Fencing, Gymnastics, Basketball, Pentathlon, Boxing, Weights and Taekwondo.
The guest quarters at Hotel dello Sport, the dining area and the café make the Center an authentic “Cittadella dello Sport” in which you can live the sporting dimension three hundred and sixty degrees, using a receptivity for quality/price and logistic arrangement unequaled in the Capital.
The availability is about 200 beds and the restaurant has 300 seats.

HOW TO GET THERE
From the Roma Termini railway station:
Take the Metro “A” stop at “Flaminio” (4 stops), then take the Roma Nord railroad train and get off at the third stop (on request) “Campi Sportivi”.
By bus:
Line 217 bus stop in Viale Parioli
Line 233, stop in Via dei Campi Sportivi
Line 69, stop in Via del Foro Italico, near Via dei Campi Sportivi
By Car:
From the Grande Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.), take exit Salaria - Roma Centro;
drive along Via Salaria for about 6.3 km; turn right at the exit “Via del Foro Italico”; drive along Via del Foro Italico for about 1.2 km; turn right on Via dei Campi Sportivi. The entrance is located along the Via dei Campi Sportivi, at the height of the former number 48.
