Registration fees must be paid in advance for attending the Meeting. Registration is valid only when full payment is received.
Full payment in Euros (€) has to be received before the corresponding deadline.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION:
A confirmation will be sent by email once the payment of the registration fee is received.
Registrations without payment will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If provided written notice is received by April 30, 2022 a full refund will be given less 50 Euro administration charge.
It is regretted that for cancellations after May 1, 2022, or for no-shows at the conference, there are no refunds. Name Change is permitted (fee 25 Euro).
